The development of the grapes is carefully followed from the vegetative upturn until the harvest by constantly monitoring the condition of the berries until the required quality parameters are reached.

Recently, in order to limit climatic stress and obtain wines with an organoleptic profile of excellence, the company has built a highly water-efficient sub-irrigation system on approximately 30 hectares of land, which makes it possible to meet the needs of the plants, minimising the use of water with positive effects on the environment and  the surrounding ecosystem. The work was partly financed with European funds within the framework of the Rural Development Programme of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia (RDP 2024 – 2020) measure 4.1.2 (Efficient use of water on farms).
