WINEMAKING: vinification by “Martinotti-method Charmat”
FERMENTATION: natural fermentation by autoclave for a processing period of not less than 60 days

STORAGE: bottles should be stored vertically, in a cool environment with constant humidity, out of the light and heat sources

Organoleptic Features
PERLAGE: fine, numerous and persistent
COLOUR: bright mother-of-pearl pink in colour
BOUQUET: fruity notes of red apple and small red fruits
TASTE: fresh and delicate, the palate is presented fragrant
